"Login Failed"

I keep getting "Login Failed" when I try to login to the grid for the first time.

I tried changing my password
I tried changing the "start at" location to one of the many sims to visit
I tried adding a dot between my first and last name like a friend suggested, though I doubt that will work because the login details on my settings page suggest otherwise
I tried using a different viewer than Firestorm Opensim enabled, like "Imprudence", still getting the same "Login Failed" message.

Does anyone know what's going on? I searched the forums or the help page for answers, but I didn't get anything that helped.

Please note that your Kitely website password may be different from your viewer (Kitely grid) password. Make sure you have the correct by pressing the "Show viewer login details" link in your account Settings page: http://www.kitely.com/settings

The username you use to login to the Kitely grid needs to be exactly the same as the one stated in that page.

Thank you, but I tried following that guide on how to connect like I said in my previous post. No help. I know my grid info is set up, because I had to enter it into two different viewers. I also tried changing my password once or twice under the "Show Viewer login details", and I'm still having my issue.

To be a bit more specific, the only message I'm getting is "Login Failed". There's nothing else it's telling me.

Yes, I have done that. Still getting "Login Failed"

Please send me a forums PM containing the exact user name you're trying to use to login to the viewer and the exact password (case sensitive) you are using.
