Login Fails
Repeated attempts to login fail today. Last night I had no problems logging in. It's not a password issue because obviously I am logged in here.

Hi Wizard,
First, the grid login credentials and the website login credentials are not the same. You login to our website using Twitter, Facebook, or email/password and you login to the Kitely grid using a username and what can be a different password than what you use to login to our website. You change your viewer (grid) password here: http://www.kitely.com/settings. You change your website login password on Twitter/Facebook or in a different place on the same Kitely account Settings page.
That said, if you haven't changed your grid password then the most common causes for login failures are:
1) Entering the wrong username (due to a typo or due to forgetting to change it after logging into another grid using the same viewer).
2) Entering your Facebook or Twitter password into the viewer instead of your Kitely grid login password.
3) Not selecting Kitely in "Log into Grid" - you should be seeing our grid login page before you login, if you aren't then this is the reason for the login failure.
4) Trying to login to a region that doesn't exist. Try pressing the Enter World button on this world page then press the Login button in the viewer. If you succeed then set your home to that region (it's the Kitely Welcome Center which is always on).
5) Your avatar is ghosted in one of the worlds you visited. This problem will correct itself on all the on-demand worlds once that world shuts down due to inactivity. However, if it happens in the Kitely Transfer station or in the Kitely Welcome center (both of which are always on) then you'll need to let us know so we can restart the simulators hosting those worlds to release your avatar.
Please verify that these solutions don't help you log back in. If you still can't login after that then please let me know the exact error message you're getting.
