Dancing NPCs (Non Player Characters). And a Hypergrid warning
http://virtualoutworlding.blogspot.com/ ... -npcs.html
Here is the warning:
When you visit Belfast and go elsewhere, your avatar may have been modified in a way that prevent you from making another Hypergrid trip from Kitely and perhaps from some other grids. That was my experience. The problem is cured by relogging.
I asked about the problem in the Kitely forum and go this information from Oren Hurvitz, Co-Founder and VP R&D, Kitely:
This problem is caused by a bug that used to be in OpenSim. The bug was fixed on Feb 20, 2014 by justincc. Regions that are running OpenSim 0.8.0 and haven't been updated since Feb 20 will exhibit this behavior (the creation of bad items called "Failed Wearable Replacement").
Please contact the owners of the regions and ask them to update their OpenSim, since the release version of OpenSim 0.8.0 doesn't have this bug, and it fixes other important bugs as well, such as the "disappearing attachments" problem.
Here are a couple of regions that have this bug:
