Re: Please soften region shutdowns for legacy owned regions
Thanks for the reply, Ilan. But that isn't exactly what happened. The sim didn't crash, and two of us (the only two premium members, I suppose) were not booted. I'm not sure all the other users' viewers crashed but that does seem to be what happened. Has it really been almost 8 years since those acc...

Re: Account History Server Error
Thanks, Ilan. Oren emailed me that he's fixed the problem with the server (which he noticed in the logs before seeing my posting here), and I'm able to see the page now. PayPal still shows the autopayment as inactive, but y'all used KCs instead this month anyway. I'll keep an eye on it to see what h...

Account History Server Error
I just got an email from PayPal telling me my automatic payment was discontinued, and when I tried to check on the Kitely website my account history page returns "internal server error". ¿Que paso?

Re: Couldn't eject (parked) avatar from my world
Selby, I don't think my "guest" was a ghost. Would a ghost still show up as "counting" on the account history page? This one did. Thanks for the suggestion, though. Thanks, Ilan. I hope I don't have to use the function again, but if I do I'll keep your tips in mind. And of course will let you know i...

Couldn't eject (parked) avatar from my world
Hi, I've never tried ejecting someone from one of my Kitely worlds before, but today I did. But it didn't work. The person had apparently gone off to lunch or something and just left their avatar unattended, since there was no response to either local chat or IM, but when I used the eject function, ...

Re: Group Roles not loading when inviting new member
Apparently the problem is with Firestorm. I was able to see the roles and send an invitation when using Singularity. Thanks for your help!

Re: Group Roles not loading when inviting new member
OK, I tried doing that twice, but it still shows (loading...) instead of the available roles.

Group Roles not loading when inviting new member
I'm trying to invite a new member to a closed group, the ISM Planning Group, but when I open the group invitation window, the dropdown menu at the bottom for selecting a role to assign just says "Loading ..." and won't let me invite the potential member. This seems to be isolated to this group, sinc...

Re: HG Group members visiting private worlds
Wonderful! Thanks very much, Ilan and Oren! This kind of responsiveness is one of the big reasons I like Kitely so much.
