Re: Kitely Mentors Group Meeting, 27 March, 2013: summary
My thanks to Marstol for writing of this one and Ilan for encouraging the summaries of the town hall events. It does make it easier for us that are absent, beyond the desire of such absence, to keep up. Also I thank those that attend and contribute. You are the difference between Kitely and just ano...

Notecards work great for storing seldom used full permission items that you just cant bear to part with.
Using a keyword search, then holding shift to select multiple entries is a great time saver when moving large numbers of items around.

Re: A Plea to Firestorm from OpenSim
Yeah, that's true; I have had to walk friends through the login process to get them to Kitely and it is laborious. Their eyes kinda glaze over when I mention getting a different viewer, lol. I have been thinking a lot about the fact that it is the experienced virtual world citizen who is coming to ...

Re: Building Your Role Play World
Personally I don't like unnecessary “Globals” or "sticky’s". Once these tools start getting used for information only important to a few people it quickly gets out of hand. They pile up and are forever getting in the way making me scroll WAY down to find what I REALLY want to find or haven’t seen 9...

Re: how to log into kitely manually
I am Sure Ilan or Oren will have better answers when they see your question. First make sure when logging in manually, that the viewer password is correct. The viewer password is auto generated when registering an account and is different than the one that you created for your account. The Plugin a...

Lovely, I hope to attend. Thanks for posting the converted times, btw, I am slowly getting used to dealing with UTC time but often wonder if I have converted it correctly, lol. Adagio On " most " PC's.It is possible to add an additional Time Zone to a dropdown list on the bottom right hand taskbar ...

Re: TIME, In-World Meetings, Poll Taking, Using Forum
Ilan Tochner "It's not just about getting to the "right answer" it's also about understanding what makes that answer be the right one for people." Yup i always liked that about Kitely. (Said like an old timer instead of someone who has just been here a few weeks). It takes some getting used to not ...
