Hi, I own a world with 4 regions. Can I upload a OAR for every single region? The first region I did already and it works fine. When I upload the next would it work and not destroy the other? Yes, I disabled Advanced Megaregion mode.

Yes, I set the payment method in PayPal to charge from credit card first BUT: I asked PayPal in Germany directly. They answered, they always charge first from bank account. If I want to use my credit card I have to delete my bank account for all payments. For various reasons I do not want to do that...
