Interesting, yes I was able to HG elsewhere. Further investigation seemed to show that an AV that has never visited NGrid before is not able to HG to it. Only the two AVs that have been there before are now able to HG there now. The issue seems to be with NGrid itself. I'll send them a note tomorrow...
