Okay, now I better understand how the addition of terrain looks...
If at some point I want to go back to the original single region, is that possible? Does the system ask which 256 x 256 region to preserve?

Re: What happens at region borders when regions are added to existing regions?
When the larger world is created, terrain (or water) is added at the original region borders. But if the original terrain is hilly, for example, does it adjoin new flat terrain (or water), and leave "holes" where the underlying terrain heights inevitably do not match up? Although, along the same lin...

What happens at region borders when regions are added to existing regions?
I have a single region world. I'm considering turning it into a 4 region varregion. This means two sides and one corner of the existing region will align with new, blank (and presumedly flat) regions. Where the existing and new regions are side-by-side, how does the terrain match up? Also, what happ...

Re: World Description Page Links
I don’t add browser extensions and I’m having the same issue across 3 browsers, 3 operating systems, 3 computers and one iPhone. From one of my own websites I have links that open in new windows or tabs and those work okay. It’s not a serious issue in this circumstance, but thank you for the prompt ...

Re: World Description Page Links
The situation is the same... the target of each link is the current window. I checked Safari, Chrome and Firefox on both Mac OS's. I also tried Chrome and Edge on Windows 10 (version 22H2). For each environment, the links open into the current window. Same with iOS version 16.6.1.

World Description Page Links
I've noted that although I choose 'Open Link in a New Window' option for an embedded link on the world description page, the target opens and replaces the description page, which is, of course, the current window. This happens on all of my links (except mailto:) and happens in Safari, Chrome and Fir...

Re: Space Navigator not working with High Sierra
Thanks for adding your comment.
I have access to Windows 10 another computer, so at some point in the next few days I'll check and see if I also have the same lack of interaction.

Space Navigator not working with High Sierra
Recently I upgraded to High Sierra from El Capitan. Had been using a SpaceNavigator without issues (and on previous Mac OS versions as well). However, the SpaceNavigator no longer works in Firestorm (neither does it work in the official Second Life viewer). I did a very thorough removal of the old d...

Re: Viewer stutter on four region world
Thank you for visiting the world... another variable tested. Upon your suggestion, I installed and ran Singularity viewer. The issue is the same; that is, the movement of the camera with Flycam stutters quite noticeably. (Singularity also crashed the first time on attempting to edit the linked parts...
