NO luck - from what I understood - I needed to add my viewer to my firewall for non-block - Check did that I changed my password - Check did that Your Kitely screen comes up on my viewer (Singularity) - so apparently I did that RIght I cleared cashe many times i went to the web site picke dthe place...

hi I have had this account for awhile now - but every time I try to log in no good - I get your screen up -(Using Singularity) - i set and reset my password - clear my cashe both areas but - no luck would love to get in and see about your world
