Re: exporting items to my computer

What I did was to buy a region for a month, put all the items out, then create an OAR, then have said OAR uploaded to the Halycon world where I live. It worked for the most part -- there was one item that didn't translate over well so that was a loss. As long as the creator has the items marked as "...

Re: exporting items to my computer

Thank you for that suggestion. The issue is the other world is not attached. Apparently the only resolution that would work is to buy a region in Kitely, and have an OAR made and download it that way

Re: exporting items to my computer

Thank you very much for taking the time to answer. I was able to transfer the textures using the suggestions given previously, but am not able to do so with the objects I purchased. To transfer objects you do have to be able to make an OAR or have them delivered directly to the the grid, and neither...

Re: exporting items to my computer

I am in the Singularity viewer and when I go to "more" and then "more" the export option is grayed out I have been able to save the textures - but the objects I purchased are still pending a resolution If I understand Ilan Tochner's reply, I have to create an OAR and I admit I have no idea how to do...

Re: exporting items to my computer

I have read the article - I guess what I need is a "how to" on creating an OAR to save items from a sandbox. All that I am finding online are directions on how to save an entire region and even those directions do not make any sense. I'm sorry - this is the first time I've tried to do this using a p...

Re: exporting items to my computer

Apparently there is something that I am not understanding. Of the items I bought, let's use https://www.kitely.com/market/product/46405599/Skye-Terrain-Textures-Ocean-Sands?var=46405600 as an example. The listing shows that it is available to export. When I search that store for items available to e...

Re: exporting items to my computer

unless i'm overlooking something in the question... which is possible.. an easy way is to simply 'open' the texture in your viewer, i.e. double-click it in your inventory, and it will open in a window in your viewer. there will then be a SAVE AS button. If the button is greyed out then you don't ha...

Re: exporting items to my computer

I do not own a "Kitely world"

Except that when I search for sandbox so I can rezz something? Every single one found in search - even the ones marked "public" give me an error message telling me that I "am not allowed to enter this world".

exporting items to my computer

How do I take the textures I have purchased and export/save them to my computer when I had them delivered to my Kitely avatar?
