why when i log in my own sim i get this name @grid.kitely.com.8002 at end of my name.

i don't want a upgrade i want my old sim back that i have in store world back online

ps this happen after i updated firestorm i had no problems before the update

i clear cache and inventory still the same hair only shows one side try different hair the same

i just update firestorm viewer when i log in my hair is broken if i replace it still the same show only half hair on my head how can i fix this please

i just read my email saying my nightfalls sim is going to be Your Kitely worlds are suspended, and may be deleted soon how do i stop this because i store it how to i pay extra money i can't find where on my account to pay. i just want to pay just to store it please until other 2 months

hi i like to have my sim offline for 1 or two months can this be done then start paying 2 month time. or do i need to cancel my sim all together if so how do i do that

do I lose the kitely template and my stuff on my sim if I change to 4x4 region
