Re: Cannot Have more than 12 avatars on Standard World
We replicated the error on another Standard World for CSN. Can't upload a screen shot here but the message is as follows Could not teleport. This world is at its maximum avatar capacity. Please try again later. This avatar was trying to teleport to 'CSN Public', and this region had ten avatars in it...

Re: Cannot Have more than 12 avatars on Standard World
I had to move the island to an Advanced world so we could run the experiment. I will try to replicate the error when we have time. Kevin.

It says will handle up to 40 but is saying too many avatars after 10 to 12. How do we fix this.

Re: Virtual Game Jam concept
On plug and play I've been thinking of four things. (1) 'Smart Prims'. These would be prims that self configure and know how to link together. My analogy is http://littlebits.cc/ . (2) 'HUD Builder', This would be a GUI for building a HUD and then providing instructions to an in-world script that wo...

I do, but I was hoping to keep it on to test some games we are working on. Kevin.

Standing up Kills Me
When my avatar stands up from a prim I've built I'm told I've been killed by me, and then teleported to my home region. Has anyone else run into this. Kevin.

Re: Summer High School Workshop in DC Area
Thanks Serene, currently I'm also running an 'Economics of the Metaverse' class at George Mason University where we are studying hyperinflation in both the real world and in game worlds. The students and I are building a Virtual world experiment to study hyperinflation in the laboratory. I plan to u...

Re: Error on save
We may try doing that if all else fails. However, since it works fine in another opensim instance it would be very bad if we had to recreate everything. Thanks, Kevin.
