We haven't changed anything on our end. Did you attach anything to these outfits or modify them in any way since you last teleported with them to a different grid?

I suggest you try using Replace Outfit to remove the entire outfit and replace it with something else that is exportable ...

Please try to restart your router and computer then try logging in again using your account. When you open the viewer do you see the Kitely viewer login page? (which would indicate that your viewer has access to our system to be able to load it)
