I log onto the website using my email address...got it. Once I'm logged on it says "Dani Twine" is who's online...isn't that also my Avatar name? Isn't Dani Twine the user name I use to log into the Kitely grid? And if my user name is Dani Twine....do I use the same password that is used for my emai...

Well, Houston....we got a problem.

I'm using the Firestorm Viewer. I enter my Website log in name, my website password and select the Kitely grid.

Still getting the unable to authenticate avatar message.
Is there a youtube thing I can watch or something? This is very frustrating.

I am unsure what you mean by "grid password"....wouldn't that be the same password I use to log in to the website?
Also, when I initially log in...should I log into a specific "newbie" area to get my avatar and the like?

I have a Kitely account, have created my own world. Downloaded the Firestorm viewer.

Now if only I could get logged in.

I opened my Kitely account years ago to make purchases....so I have no idea the user name is that was assigned to me.

How do I get logged into my World?
