I am new to Kitely, but I was on SL for years. I am having troubles, teleporting to different regions. I get a msg saying I am not allowed to go to most places.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? One place,for instance, that I cannot TP to, is the Kitely Shopping Mall.
