Yes, that looks like it is exactly the problem. I thought it was probably on the server side. I guess I'll have to wait until it gets fixed in OpenSim (unless the Kitely devs manage to fix it first!)

The "Set Default Upload Permissions" menu option doesn't seem to work. I've set them, but when I upload textures into Kitely they don't have the requested permissions.

When I first signed up for Kitely it was back in the days when the only option was to use your Facebook account, which (somewhat reluctantly) is what I did.
