What OSSL functions are open?

There are some really useful things in that kit I would love to play with. So which ones are installed by default? Is there a mechanism for turning on some of the others in our region[s]?

64m prim limit?

Does Kitely impose this or is it my viewer, Firestorm, that does so? One thing I have loved about opensim from the beginning is being able to have a 256 m or ever 512m sphere to put a scene inside of (especially space scenes) without having to resort to some megaprim hack collection. So how do I get...
