Re: Unable to Save Changes under Manage/World Page

Still unable to save changes. Save button does not close dialog -- no other way except Cancel which forces discard of changes.

Re: Unable to Save Changes under Manage/World Page

Seems to be a general problem with that dialog in OpenSim worlds. Can't save changes to access perms or text either. Adding an image via the world page works OK as it doesn't use the dialog.

Re: .RAW Terrain Creation

Truly not an expert but this article I compiled a while back from multiple sources suggests PNG is supported by SoaS: http://opensim4edu.10centuries.org/2017/03/18/terrains -- worth a try? My primary purpose in Kitely and other grids is to create recreations of areas that I've visited and love in RL...

Re: Looking for ice skates

Apologies for being a little slow on this. There is a range of Linda Kellie skates on my freebie region Stuff. They're in the shoe shop directly ahead of the entrance to the main mall, i.e. by the landing place. The accompanying AO seems to work apart from the generic menu, i.e. you can skate OK. Li...

Re: Linking doors. to buildings

Have to confess I mostly use Handy Low's door & drawer system which alas is no longer on Kitely Market. I just checked and it works fine provided the door is not the root prim. Not much help to you, I know, but how are you scripting your door(s)?

Re: Need curtain script open & close on touch

Apologies -- it is a little different (no llMessageLinked) but yes the core is the same. However, for me it seems to work OK if I define "working" as meaning a prim expands or contracts in one dimension from or towards a static edge. Anyway, glad you sorted out your problem.

Re: Need curtain script open & close on touch

Zilla's curtain script may work for you. //When touched the prim is retracted towards one end and when touched again stretched back out. // //Prim moves/changes size along the local coordinate specified in the offset vector below. // //To change the overall size, edit the prim when stretched out and...

Re: making a script for a ferry to cross water

The code is appended to an earlier message. Improvements and enhancements welcome -- I'm all too aware of my limitations in this regard ;)

Apologies for the delay, Lucy. When you get a chance, please try the updated code in the original message.

Thanks

Re: making a script for a ferry to cross water

Thanks for the feedback and glad there was some success. Good ideas from Hypatia but I'm guessing it's a math error. Apologies for this, will hopefully fix at weekend and maybe incorporate rotation as well.
