Re: Best viewer for open sim?

I used Alchemy for teaching this year and was generally pleased with the outcome in terms of its being reasonably robust and easy to use. It also has the advantage that it will run from a shared network folder without the need for any special network install. I haven't done much with the latest vers...

Re: Problems hypergridding

I just managed to hypergrid to Wright Plaza and then on to TanGLe Grid Steam Expo (which opens on 27th Aug). Re: Downloaded RAW terrain files are corrupt?

It was adequate for my purposes but Kayaker waxes eloquently on the limitations in a notecard that comes with one of his terrain products so I doubt it's 100% glitch-immune.

Login and use My Worlds/Manage/Access to get to the settings page. The Basic tab will show the world size. You should be able to see the build on...

Might do. There are freebie avatars on Kitely Welcome Center and Stuff (to name two worlds).

Re: HGB monthly stats

Just a reminder that Kitely attracts a significant number of educators whose classes will add a certain "lumpiness" to the numbers depending on the duration of use.

Re: OSSL

The scratch code below is intended to demonstrate the use of OSSL to get and set terrain height. It is intended for use with a 256x256 m region/world. As ever, make sure you have a satisfactory backup before trying it . Put the script in a prim positioned well above the maximum intended terrain leve...
