As others have pointed out these stream URLs change often. My 181.fm links, that had been working for well over a year, broke recently. Putting together a script that would announce "time to move or time-out" in the public chat channel would be fairly simple. Well it could be - it all depends on the totality what all the users would want a script to do. But such a script won't be a universal solution for all visitors to a live event...
