Re: Introduce Yourself...
Welcome to Kitely Joe Jr :-) Kitely used a different site for its support forum up until Dec 23, 2012. As a lot of people were on holiday with there families since then the new forums have yet to get a lot of posts. I expect this will change quickly as people come back from their vacations. For deta...

Re: 64m prim limit?
Hi Serendipity, Kitely doesn't impose a 64m prim limit but some viewers do. Specifically, the current newest version of Firestorm for OpenSim has regressed to enforcing this limit. The viewer's developers are aware of this and have already fixed it for the next viewer release. See: http://jira.phoen...

Re: Bronze plan and 2 regions - next to each other?
Hi Mykyl, You can create worlds that are multiple regions in size using any of our plans but you will need to pay for the regions in excess of your plan's quota. For example, you can create a 2x2 world on the Bronze Plan but you will be charged an extra 20 Kitely Credits per day for the two regions ...

Re: fudge.floresby@gmai.com
Hi Fudge, The number of Minutes you get per month depends on the plan you are on. Plans are billed at the 1st of each month and your Minutes are reset to the plan's quota once we receive the month's subscription payment from PayPal (which happens on the 1st of the month if PayPal doesn't report any ...

Re: Complexity and physics: have I maxed out the system?
Hi Dot, The problem isn't with skybuilds per say. For example. see the following 100,000 prim world that has builds in multiple level going up to 4000m: http://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Lawrence-Pierce/Serenity-Island-Prim-Capability-Test-2 We'll need to investigate why your particular world is f...

Re: Prim size limits; placement limits
Hi Dot, Both the problems you reported are regressions in the new Firestorm version which have been fixed and should be resolved once the next version of Firestorm for OpenSim comes out, see: http://jira.phoenixviewer.com/browse/FIRE-8417 http://jira.phoenixviewer.com/browse/FIRE-8467 As for Imprude...
