Apologies, I haven't done this myself but I would guess that upgrade in this context means converting a stored world to a standard world which I presume is what you had previously.

Works OK for me (Kitely links only) using Firefox 112.0 (64 bit) on Windows 10.

The presence of an error message in a popup window suggests to me it isn't the Firefox popup blocker causing the problem but you could try adding the Market to the exception list?

I rolled back to 6.5.3 (65658) Mar 1 2022 and that does indeed have a functional OpenSim library. I was fortunate to still have this in my downloads folder given that I was unable to find a repository of old Win64 FS online.
