Content creation, scripting, sim development, estate mgmt

Some may remember me from SL as IntLibber Brautigan, owner of BNT Holdings, the Ancapistan Capital Exchange, builder of many gorgeous sims, vehicles, devices, and structures, or as Overbrain Unplugged, who built for the SWRP community and sold through Hypersonic Space Systems. I am now operating in ...

Re: New projects

Please add: Selling RAW terrain files on the Kitely market. Secondly to sell OS related applications (for instance, I own the code for a mass group inviter application, and another that lets you generate a list of a sims top scripts for an entire region ranked by actual lag data, for dissemination t...

Re: Selling Terrain RAW files?

Please put this on the to-do list, as I would prefer to do business through the Kitely market than through a third party texture website. I have a number of unique files here, from the Teller Motorsports dirt track terrain, to volcanoes, to tropical atolls, skull islands and even a santa claus island.

Selling Terrain RAW files?

I have a number of terrain files to automatically terraform regions from my time as an estate owner in SL, and was hoping there would be a way to sell these files on the Kitely market. I don't see a way to upload them directly to the market, nor does the viewer let me load the .raw file format as a ...

Crashing on bulk uploads

If I select more than, say, 10 or 12 textures to upload at once, my viewer crashes. Using firestorm, latest version, on Win7.

Temporary objects not remaining while sat on

Objects that are set to temporary are supposed to remain in the sim while they are being sat upon, at least in SL. I've got an instance of this not happening. Is this something different about OS from SL? Is there a reason why it would be different? Thanks.

Re: MIRRORS!

Here is a thing that can only be done using core opensim, as Kitely does. http://ainetutorials.blogspot.com/2015/07/paramour-release-mirror-script.html That is an interesting niche workaround, along the lines of using a mirror copy of a whole room upside down underneath a semi-transparent floor to ...

MIRRORS!

One thing that has been missing from SL and OS that has existed in other VW environments is mirrors. I don't know why, it should be rather trivial for the viewer to treat a mirror as a combination of a second camera view and a rendering screen for that camera view. The mirror camera's orientation sh...

Re: Chat range extension beyond 20m

As I commented at the meeting, enabling users to vary their chat range would be most useful. I can't remember the number of times I found 20 meters to be excessively long, and yes, 30 meters would be useful primarily for seminars and other meetings with lots of attendees, however there are a number ...
