Why can i get to the welcome center and i cannot get to Tessin

I am using the 62831 now and i still cant get to Tessin.
Answer this,,,, why can i get to the welcome center and not into Tessin???

i have the latest version of FS open sim # 6.4.12.62831 I still cant get in

no error message .. it just crashes me when i try to teleport
When i try to TP it crashes me but i can go to the welcome center
i dont freeze it just quits me
i have the latest OS viewer

TY Snooter but i still cannot get into Tessin but i can get into Secondlife with no problems.. I have high speed cable and a very strong connection. I cant know for the life of me why i cant get into Tessin... Why can i get to the welcome center but not to Tessin?

Nothing wrong with my speed.. I keep crashing at the TP station

Lately im being logged out at the teleport station waiting for my destination to open several times.

I uploaded a sound and its not accepted,, Says "wrong chunk size in WAV file" Whats this mean? How do i fix this?
