Re: pmac - ossl works in kitely?
Not an expert but I have some PMAC animated garden furniture from Encantada on the hypergrid. Works fine as far as I, an owner, can tell.

Re: Projectiles Frozen
Graham, Thanks for the info! I tested this on both starter plan and local on my PC with 32gb memory but still get same results, so maybe am guessing might be a setting on my viewer perhaps.. Will investigate more along the way... Does your PC use Intel CPU or AMD? It's a fairly old Dell laptop with...

Re: Projectiles Frozen
The scripts worked OK with all three physics engines. I'm no expert but my feeling was that ubODE gave the smoothest experience, not necessarily lifelike but conforming more to expectation. I was rezzing large cylinders as projectiles into the sun and I could reproducibly hit them with new projectil...

That's odd as it works OK for me with default physics engine (ubODE).

Not a user but I suggest you search the forum (and elsewhere) for Builder's Buddy. Others may have better suggestions.

Re: eliza chatbot
I think this should work. Bear in mind it needs a notecard named Chatbot.Eliza.txt. // ELIZA is a famous 1966 computer program by Joseph Weizenbaum // ELIZA is a parody of a Rogerian therapist // ELIZA rephrases many of the patient's statements as questions and posing them to the patient. // This LS...

Re: Cascadeur fo Animation
Not an area I'm familiar with but it looks impressive and the basic version is apparently free afaik. Is there a workflow compatible with OpenSim avatars?

Re: Dialog boxes
I think Ilan means no lower limit like 8. There's still an upper limit of 12 afaik. You can have more but they won't be displayed and you get a runtime error.

Re: Scripts written using ChatGPT
I'm afraid I haven't really kept up with developments. Someone who has (albeit with Python, not LSL) is Simon Willison and he gives his thoughts on the utility or otherwise of LLMs to new programmers in a recent podcast. TL;DR: he things it's useful. https://simonwillison.net/2023/Sep/29/llms-podcas...
