I just read that message again and realised that it looks like "as I'd expect" meant that I'd expected it to fail! I didn't mean that, I meant that the initial success was expected, since it usually does work OK at first after clearing cache and restarting the region. Anyway, since this I think the ...

Just to make sure, I just did that again and relogged, and after initial success (as I'd expect) I quickly had the problem again.

Unfortunately, I'm still seeing the issue.

So far it's been fine this evening, but I've not done a lot of this kind of thing so far. I'll post an update soon when I've got a better idea of how it's behaving.
