Re: Problem: Can't get into my world
BTW, I entered your world to test it, I suggest you set a landing point above water so you don't appear underwater when you enter it. I didn't set a landing point underwater. I was using the opensim variant of Firestorm as implied by my stating the viewer had worked before. In any case I seem to ha...

Looking for a real good slide presentation gadget
The one I used in SecondLife was pretty easy to use as you just dumped a bunch of textures in and it figured out the rest. It also had an ability to associate a note card with every slide that would be 'said' when the slide was visited. But it was missing the ability to break up a longer note into s...

Seconding request for RSS feed
I keep up with all the things I am interested in that happen in forums and blogs using Google Reader . It would be great to do that with this content as well. A quick search on google suggests it is possible to do this for phpBB. Otherwise it makes me a bit nostalgic as I was around when pre-interne...

What OSSL functions are open?
There are some really useful things in that kit I would love to play with. So which ones are installed by default? Is there a mechanism for turning on some of the others in our region[s]?

Hi there, I am Serendipity Seraph, high angel of taking maximal good advantage of chance happenings. :) So naturally I want to take advantage of the wonderful cloud-born grid which is Kitely. I am more impressed and happy to be in Kitely by the day. Fanstastic job. I was first rezzed in SecondLife b...

64m prim limit?
Does Kitely impose this or is it my viewer, Firestorm, that does so? One thing I have loved about opensim from the beginning is being able to have a 256 m or ever 512m sphere to put a scene inside of (especially space scenes) without having to resort to some megaprim hack collection. So how do I get...
