Re: Kitely welcome area: What information? How to provide it
Thanks for the feedback Dot. I've further culled the messaging and have a few more thoughts about what I think we should do. It looks like the most contentious of the areas will likely be pricing, so let me start there. I've mocked up the following option as a favorite, but suspect that there should...

One that wants to spiff up the avie first, one that wants to understand the payment options / costs and world creation stuff - and...

Re: Effinjay Live at Virtually Human
Huge thanks as well to Rosa SLGardner who was really the brain behind the venue - without her tips and tricks i would have been pretty clueless. Thanks also to everyone who came - it was a great crowd and Effinjay gave us a great show.

Let's organize them by interest (because the technical stuff is potentially scary if you're not into content creation.) Everyone: Free region - "Click here to Create your own Kitely World Right Now" (On a related note, this should and I believe could, be done from in-world. They should click a Kite ...

A thought about this: An exotic kite shop A challenge from the kite shop operator (NPC) Fly kite(s) NPC's Flying Kites (As Dun mentioned) could the NPC's give quests that lead to understanding Kitely Differentiators? Windsurfing? Hang gliding? Parachuting? Create a crystal clear brand identity assoc...

Re: Effinjay Live at Virtually Human
I've been prepping the venue for the concert on Saturday and I was thinking. A major goal of the concert is to encourage community - so I was thinking - if anyone wants to pop up a sign or landmarks etc. announcing community events (eg. Devokan Trust) or other activities, classes, concerts etc. - I'...

Re: Kitely welcome area: What does it need to include?
Great summary Dot. Wow, what an impressive example of evolving group conversation - it makes me really wish I could go through and like individual elements listed in the summary. Mostly I really respect so many great opinions and solid reasons. Should make for a very interesting conversation / next ...
