Re: resizing issues
Hello Mini, I am not actually refering to a script. The script was suggested as a solution to my initial problem, which is that it seems I cannot rescale my mesh items to be larger, only smaller, if you scale them up past 10m, they snap back and deform in a very ugly way. This only happens with link...

Re: resizing issues
I finally tried a resizer script and it does seem to work, but I think this work around would be too cumbersome for most customers. Imagine, I sell cave kits with well over 30 pieces all in all. So my customers would need to add the scripts, resize and delete the script in each piece every time they...

Re: resizing issues
hmmm, maybe a script would be the way to go, though I would have no idea where to begin with that. Though its not a problem for me (I can work around it by uploading to the exact size I want), I cant very well pass an item on to a paying customer knowing they cant rescale it to whatever size they li...

Re: resizing issues
sorry to necro-post, but this still seems to be an issue. Using the latest firestorm and both my cave kit pieces and my trees snap back and distort if you try to scale them above 10-15m. Using the same viewer, and the same upload settings on any other grid/platform is fine and works without issue. T...

Re: Landscaping Merchants?
Hello Sherrie I just wanted to let you know that over the next month or so, I plan to bring my mesh landscaping items to Kitely. I took a break from the kitely community work on my product line and introduced them to SL first. But now I am pleased to say I am coming back and bringing my work with me...

Re: resizing issues
Hey Ohn,
I have tried it with some of my own snappytrees too, and also with a 2 prim sculptie tree I purchased from PIRA technologies, so I dont think it is anything to do with your uploading skills . When I was in OSG I was using the latest OS version of Firestorm, just like I use in Kitely.

Re: resizing issues
Thanks Ohn. I just tried it out quickly in OSG with a mesh snappy tree and a sculpty tree and both work fine there.

Re: resizing issues
for the record, I have no troubles with single prims. I even resized a house and it scaled perfectly. It just seems to be trees. I am trying to find other things. I even tried scaling one of the very complex statues I bought from Jade leaf studions and had no problems going right the way up to 64m w...

Re: resizing issues
Not really, since its mostly mesh trees I am using. However I loaded up imprudence. and tried on a sculpty tree and the same result.
