serious permissions problem

I finally got all animations for a sex bed properly installed and aligned. I was smart and used a prim to hold the animations and made it the root prim of any furniture I may want them in. However, that prim has now decided it cannot be copied. I unlinked it from the bed and made sure its permission...

MLP scripting issues

I have experienced several times now more complicated anim scripts like MLP containing multiple poses and adjustment code within the scripts going wonky. By wonky I mean they get into a state where the scripts are confused and reset of the scripts fails. It freezes after the Starting reset of N scri...

Re: sporadic performance issues

False alarm I think. I had a bad program loaded that was messing up response in virtual worlds and other places. It was continuously failing and causing the entire system to experience a brief stutter every few seconds. Resolved.

Re: Is there a good 64 bit Linux TPV3 viewer?

Five hours using Singularity under linux yesterday and four more today including teleporting all over the place. I don't know why I ever thought I needed to keep a OS X box up for the sake of my virtual world wandering and activities. I clearly do not.

Re: How do you go about setting partners/spouses?

Congratulations from me too! It was very sweet of Ilan and Oren to do that! And, Dinero, thank you so much for posting the videos; I had forgotten just how much I love that melody, have not heard it in ages. Very Celtic, isn't it? Adagio Well this is all well and good but there needs to be a more a...

Re: Is there a good 64 bit Linux TPV3 viewer?

Hi Serendipity, I use the Singularity 64bit version on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. I've had no reason to use Windows other than using Second Inventory. There may be other 64 bit offerings but a few months back when I switched to Singularity it was the only true 64bit version, and it solved various sound and ...

Re: sporadic performance issues

Please look at Sim FPS and Physics FPS the next time you experience this and see if there is load on the sim or just slow Viewer FPS. When you experience this fluctuation is it only shortly after entering the world or does it last after a few minutes have passed? It persisted when it occurred last ...

Re: region seems to have crashed or something

I was fooling around trying to add to a MLPV2 script. I know I had one mistake in what I added. But I wanted to try it and see how much was working. So I fired it up and picked a pose. Hmm. No poseballs. But what happens if I try to sit anyway. Hmm. In stand pose (default). But it doesn't think I a...

sporadic performance issues

I have a 2x2 and a single region on both osgrid and kitely. Same regions and contents on both and same viewers (Singularity, Firestorm) used on both on the same computer (Mac Pro). Usually they have almost the same basic fps. But kitely seems to fluctuate. Even on the single relatively sparsely fill...
