Hello Ilan. just confirming I cleared inventory cache again on my lap top, relogged and now I can see all items inside the folders in all sections .Thank you again for all your help.

Hi Genavieve, As I stated previously if you aren't seeing the folders then something is blocking access from the computer running your viewer to our inventory system.
