I was just talking to someone on this and realized many who have not been in opensim do not know this.
I could not see it available in firestorm [but I don't know firestorm very well, was just a quick look], but I do know using imprudence I can do this.
go into appearance>shape [your current shape must be mod, you can get that in many places if needed] and then you can export/import shapes.
Not being in opensim before you may need to do the numbers the first time but then you can export it to an .xml file on your own pc and import it in any opensim grid.
I have done this many times, including kitely...be well-))

Re: import/export avatar shapes
Oooooo, very cool, thanks, Minethere! Last time I tried export/import with a shape, I was not able to get it to work but that was back in 2009 and I have learned a lot since then.
Got tired very quickly of looking noobish again in every grid i visited so invested in some full-perm skin and hair and just made notes on my shapes to re-do them, since I have always done my own anyway.
