Trying to HG into Kitely with either of my other two OS avatars results in this message. One from Great Canadian Grid and the other from Metropolis. Cache has been cleared , but still no luck.

What is the exact error message you are getting Birch?

What are the names of those avatars and when did you try to use them to teleport into Kitely? (so I can check our logs)

other people can HG in so its just me and any avi - ip related possibly?

At what point do you get this message? Can you please provide a screenshot of the viewer screen when it happens?

I get this message immediately after I attempt to teleport. Region is found, but after hitting the teleport button it tells me this.

I tried taking off everything and only having on anything that said 'exportable' - to see if somehow I was being flagged at my isp
People can HG into my region it seems, just not me anymore.
I was unable to find anything exportable to replace eyes and base/brows
But anyhow when I try to HG to kitely I get the 'unable to verify identity'
and if I attempt to HG directly to my region I just get a 'teleport failed' (guessing because the region is down and is not being started because Im not being accepted into kitely)

Offline Kitely worlds are started up automatically when people try to Hypergrid teleport into them. What happens in those cases is that the user will be directed to a Kitely Transfer Station and will be automatically teleported to the desired world once that world has finished starting up.

The problem you are encountering now isn't related to the export control system so there is no point in trying to change what your third-party avatar is wearing. I'll get back to you regarding the source of the problem after we investigate your case more.

Is it possible that you tried to teleport into "kitely.com:8002" instead of into "grid.kitely.com:8002"?
