I've just tried HG teleporting from Kitely Welcome Center to the Hub on the Devokan minigrid. The teleport failed, giving the following viewer error message:

Failed to verify user presence in the grid for Dot.Matrix @grid.kitely.com:8002, access denied to region Hub.

The message given on the relevant console for the Hub region on the Devokan grid read as follows:

07:44:12 - [SCENE]: Region Hub told of incoming child agent Dot.Matrix @grid.kitely.com:8002 xxxxxxx (circuit code xxxxxxxxxxx, IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, viewer Firestorm-Betax64 4.7.1.45325, teleportflags (ViaLogin, ViaHGLogin), position <128, 128, 1.5>. From region Kitely Welcome Center (912ddcd0-4111-4c74-97c1-8e55d203eb21) @ http://grid.kitely.com:8002/

I tried teleporting to a region in a different OpenSim instance on the same grid and got the same message.

And for a region in a third instance, the viewer error message was:

Code: Select all

Service request failed: Error: ConnectFailure (Connection refused)

Does any of this look familiar to anyone? Thanks.

Hi Dot,

Are you able to use the same avatar to teleport from Kitely Welcome Center to regions on another grid?

Good thinking, Ilan. I was able to get to Teravus Plaza on OSgrid. From there I tried again to get to the Devokan minigrid, with the same result. So it is definitely something in the minigrid set-up that caused the previous problems. Thanks.
