can't get into an account

can't get into an account
I have created an account and can not get in. I can't find out the password.Or get a new one . Where do I go for help

Hi Aqua,
Please uninstall the Firestorm version you have and install the OpenSim compatible one from here (if your computer isn't very old you most likely need the 64bit version): http://www.firestormviewer.org/downloads/
Once that's done, make sure the grid selector in the viewer is set to "Kitely" and then enter your Kitely username and password. Please see: https://kitely.atlassian.net/wiki/displ ... ual+Worlds
Your viewer password is the same one you have for logging into the Kitely website. You can change that password here: https://www.kitely.com/settings
If you still encounter a problem logging in after doing this then please send me a screenshot of your entire computer screen while the viewer is showing the error message it gives you when it refuses to log you into Kitely.
