I had a very short connection issue during which I received a message "region not available" when I tried to return to my home region from the merchant faire region. I noted it because my region was not closed (I had just been there) -- it was not there. A minute later I tried again and teleported back successfully. I haven't seen that particular message before in Kitely, even when I was having major login trouble many months ago.
Don't know if it helps or not. It was between 12:46 - 13:40 CDT, according to my world history.

What viewer (and version) were you using?
How did you start the TP in both cases? (a landmark, via a map search, by entering the HOP address, etc.)
