avatar is a cloud

Hi all,
I have searched
"avatar is a cloud"
and
"avatar cloud"
but still tells me my search words are insufficient
thus, unable to find reference to this subject
I have not been a cloud for some time
so I have forgotten some of the things to do to rectify this
but I have logged in several times over the last 12 hours
transported to other sims
and I have removed all attachments( clothing, body parts etc) to no avail.
Could someone please refresh my memory on how to resume my avatars appearance ?
