How can we retrieve the viewer login? The website login uses twitter/facebook but what about the viewer login, how
can I retrieve my password?

Hi Gusher,
The viewer login password is not the same as your account login password.
To change your viewer (grid) password:
1) Go to your account Settings page: https://www.kitely.com/settings
2) Click the "Show viewer login details" link at the bottom of that page to open the Viewer Login Details dialog.
3) In that dialog press the "Change password" link.
4) Enter the new viewer login password and press the "OK" button.
The viewer login password is not the same as your account login password.
