Group Roles not loading when inviting new member

I'm trying to invite a new member to a closed group, the ISM Planning Group, but when I open the group invitation window, the dropdown menu at the bottom for selecting a role to assign just says "Loading ..." and won't let me invite the potential member. This seems to be isolated to this group, since another group I own doesn't show this problem. Help!

Hi Kat,

Please clear your viewer inventory cache then teleport to Kitely Welcome Center, wait 1 minute for it to completely download to your viewer then try sending out the invite again.

OK, I tried doing that twice, but it still shows (loading...) instead of the available roles.

What viewer are you trying this with (and what version)?

Have you tried using a different viewer as well?

Apparently the problem is with Firestorm. I was able to see the roles and send an invitation when using Singularity. Thanks for your help!

The problem is with Firestorm. I find that If I use another tab in that group management window and then go back, the list will load. Firestorm will have a update soon; that may fix it.

I see that the above posts are several years old but I am experiencing the same problem now. I have tried all of the fixes suggested above and have tried them in Forestorm, Singularity, and Kokua. I have been trying to accomplish two things-- 1. add someone to my own group, Freda's Place, so that she can post notices and 2. change her role in Town Crier so that she can post notices there as well. I've cleared inventory casche in all three viewers, cleared browser casches, relogged to welcome center and tried the whole operation there, and tried switching between tabs in the group window as Selby suggests above. Nothing has worked.

Suggestions or solutions?

Yes, I have. Doesn't seem to work with any of them using any viewer.

On the up side, I finally got the newest firestorm to work with Windows 10. That had been a problem for months.

Please clear your viewer cache and viewer inventory cache then log into the Kitely Merchants Sandbox, wait a minute for everything there to rezz then open the group again?

Are you wearing a group label? If so, please try removing it before you check this solution. (I have no indication this will work I'm just checking options which could feasibly help the viewer get out of whatever state is preventing it from working properly).
