I created a new account via Facebook, and when I went to log in (using Firestorm), I used my Facebook name and password for my username and password. This isn't working, and I can't log in. I also can't create a new account using my email address, and I don't wish to use my real name as my avatar name. (Though if I can get logged in, I can just change my display name.)

Would you like us to delete your existing Facebook-connected Kitely account so you could create an email/password based Kitely account that isn't connected to Facebook or your real name?

As per your request, we deleted your Kitely account. You can now go ahead and create a new one using the email/password authentication option.
