Windows 10 Anniversary Update started rolling out at the end of August, once it becomes available for a device that device automatically updates to it. This may have been what caused the issue for your laptop. See: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/hel ... te-history

Hello Ilan. just confirming I cleared inventory cache again on my lap top, relogged and now I can see all items inside the folders in all sections .Thank you again for all your help.

Yes I agree. my lap top is set to automatically update were as my main PC I do that manually so most times I will up date that later. So that may have been what caused some issues just on the lap top thank you great makes a lot of sense now.
