i gave my friend estate rights to my land when she try to add allow friends on estate list she wasn't allow,
how can I fix it

I recommend you don't use the viewer-based access controls and instead use the ones in the Access tab of your world's Manage World dialog (which you open by pressing the Manage link in your My Worlds page).
