Odd event on login

Post by Graham Mills »

I was taken to one of the transit stations while waiting for my world to start and for the first time ever found myself sharing it with someone else despite the fact that we were headed for different worlds. Expected behaviour?

Hi Graham,

Each world destination gets its own transfer station bubble in a transfer station world.

When was this and which worlds were you headed to?

The world was Crown Street 1830 which is currently open only to members of Biozone Builders, including hypergrid access. Login was a minute or two prior to my original message.

What is the name of the person you met in the Kitely Transfer Station? Was he or she in the same bubble or did you just see him/her in the minimap? Was he/she responsive?

(You can send me the reply via PM if you believe the name is sensitive)

I don't know the person concerned so can't say whether it's "sensitive" or not -- so I've pm'd.

Thank you Graham,

Based on our logs it looks like the avatar was ghosted there which is why the system didn't consider it as taking up the space. Please let us know if you encounter this problem again.

That sounds like a plausible explanation.
