Would anyone have any idea why I can walk through the doorway of my treehouse, but when I take a copy of the treehouse, I can't walk through the doorway of the copy?

I fixed the problem. I'm not exactly sure how what I did helped. But it worked, so I’m not going to question it too closely.

I highlighted the entire build and pulled a copy out of it with the Shift Key and pulling on one of the move arrow keys. This made a copy I could enter, and I took it into my inventory. When I re-rezzed it, the rezzed copy could also be entered.

It shouldn't have made a difference doing it that way, but it did.
