Hi,
I purchased a gift of four clothing items on Kitely for Prax Maryjasz on osgrid.
Order ID 1000051622323 09-Sep-2019 20:17 prax maryjasz @ OSGrid

She checked again this morning and the items still haven't arrived.
All four items were marked as Export purchases.

Can those be resent or is there something else Prax should do?

You'll note that Prax has yet to click the link in the IM our system sent her so the delivery process has yet to complete.

Please ask Prax to login into osgrid then (you) click the Resend IM in the aforementioned Kitely Market order page. Prax should then get an IM that contains a link. She should click that link to complete the delivery process. If she doesn't get the IM then she should verify that her viewer isn't set to only accept IMs from friends and groups that she belongs to (the Kitely Market account isn't in her friends list nor is it in any group she belongs to).
