Hello. I have been trying to log into KItely using FS, Singularity, and Alchemy. I used to have no trouble using any of these viewers for Kitely. All three still work to get me into SL and other OS grids. My wife (Freda Frostbite) is able to use all three to get into Kitely. I have tried changing my password but still no dice. The viewer works for me in other grids and for my wife in Kitely, so I am thinking the problem is not the viewer but something specific to my account. Ideas?

What do you see when you try to login with your user? What is the exact error message that you're getting?

There is no error message at all. It gets to the poiint in the process where the loading bar says "loading world" and it just sits there until I shut it down and try again.

This could be related to what your avatar is currently wearing. Do i have your permissions to delete it?

Problem solved. We really don't understand why this worked. I logged into Kitely using my wife's computer, changed my home location to her land -- then, I logged out and came back in on my computer. It worked.

oooooooo I also changed clothes when I came in on her computer. Maybe the old outfit I had on contained some object that is now forbidden?

More likely it contains content that we've found can cause viewer login issues. If that is the case then once we delete it your login problems should be resolved. Should we do so for you now?

What is the name of your Kitely avatar? The one that is connected to the Michael Myrick account you're using to post here has never entered the Kitely grid. Do you have another Kitely accounts with which you're having the issues you're reporting?

Heximer Thane is my only Kitely account.
