Parcel Sale Issue

Hi, I am trying to sell a parcel on my estate to my Alt but receive the following message:
"Cannot buy for now: There has been an error while fetching land buying information. Despite our bet efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong".
Obviously the land is set for sale and has a covenant. Payment information for my Alt is on file and he qualified for maturity level. The Alt has agreed to the covenant.
Anyone have any insight?
