Looking for a no script region

Help!
I need to edit an object with a fast auto delete/auto detach script in it and I can't do that in a regular region! Does anybody know of a place where scripts won't run so I have time to get the work done before it vanishes?

Hello Tess. I've temporarily turned off scripts on Pathways (
https://www.kitely.com/virtual-world/Do ... x/Pathways) if that will help. Let me know when you've finished and I'll turn them back on.

I'm done now.
(In case anybody is curious, it was a group joiner, one of those that simply posts a link to the group profile in chat. I thought it was a good idea to make the thing derez/detach once it had done its work. Maybe I didn't think that through.)

Perhaps amend such scripts to not detach if the creator is the user? Or, if testing was the object, maybe a short time delay before detaching?
