I have a dock with gates. While I can (and do) use fake water to simulate the rise and fall of tides, it would be much nicer to use system water, better still to have scriptable control of water depth at parcel level so I can maintain the height in the dock. Just me?

PS Still need parcel-level control for things like graving/dry docks. Will give this a try though, maybe swap between the two modes (fake/system) as appropriate.
