We should therefore aim to get people to want to learn more about Kitely by having some attractive selling point conveyed to them and have that associated with Kitely, with or without the "Virtual Worlds on Demand" slogan. That way even if people don't press the ad the name will stick and they'll be more likely to press another ad they see for Kitely.

Please attach that ad in the lossless PNG format using the original 728x90 pixels size. The images are currently too hard to make out at the size you attached which isn't very indicative as the ad will be the aforementioned bigger size.

Well on my computer screen it is 728x90 pixels and I can see it just fine. I have no idea how to create a png. If you eventually use this banner I will zip the elements and send them to someone that can make them the quality you want (although this would run on SLU as it is with no problems whatsoever.)

I just e-mailed it to you along with the one I made to attract merchants.

I think the message is not bad and so is showing various examples of big projects but these images are too hard to make out at the mandated ad size and the fonts and colors need more work.

Also, I prefer we either use just the Kitely logo or the Kitely logo and the full slogan "Virtual Worlds on Demand".

I think that having ads that look like they were professionally made will help separate Kitely from all the fly-by-night OpenSim-based SL wannabees that are repeatably berated on various SLU threads. If the ads aren't top notch then they will negatively impact how people perceive our service. We don't want people's first reaction to seeing the Kitely brand be anything but positive.

That said, I think the idea of using a value proposition with an action item and adding prices that are very attractive compared to what SL residents are used to can drive people to click the ads.

You can usually select the file format your picture editor will use to save your image in the dialog where you select the image file name. Then use the "Upload attachment" option of our forums to include the file and choose to inline it in your comment. It will show in reduced size when inlined but once pressed the full size image will be displayed.

That is why a professional Photoshop expert should create a finished product. I went to several worlds and took some photographs and devised a slogan that could be effective. Take that and run with it.
